A traditional period cottage retaining many original features and provides a haven to escape, relax and unwind in a tranquil setting. The cottage is perfect place to retreat and take life more slowly. Sleeping a maximum of three people in two bedrooms with a an ensuite bathroom and shower room.

The Location
Gablebach is in a private location, positioned facing the village green, overlooking the Tywi river and with far reaching views across the valley. The property is a stroll away to the local pub and there is also a patio and garden with outdoor sofas, dining area, a perfect place to relax with a glass of something special and stargaze. The property is pet friendly and there is ample parking for multiple vehicles.
The Interior
The lounge is the heart of the cottage, warm and inviting with its crackling log burner, casting a cosy glow over the room where a Chesterfield sofa beckons you to sink into its plush cushions. A traditional cottage door leads into handcrafted kitchen full of rustic charm, discreetly tucked away sleek appliances blend seamlessly into the design so well integrated, they go unnoticed at first glance. At the heart of the kitchen stands the Aga, its cast-iron body radiating a gentle warmth that fills the cottage. The master bedroom exudes timeless elegance, centred around a stunning 1920s French bed with its intricate wood carvings and graceful curves. Draped in silk and velvet bed linen, the bed invites you to sink into luxurious comfort. Antique furniture pieces, each with their own history, are carefully placed around the room, complementing the bed's vintage charm. The centrepiece of the bathroom is the roll top bath, inviting long luxurious soaks. Beside it stands a beautify Victorian washstand, adding a touch of refinement. Every detail evokes a sense of vintage charm, transforming the room into a timeless space.
